I currently live in The Shores at Boca Raton. I believe it to be one of the best communities in South Florida. The Shores at Boca Raton has homes from the $500's to the $750's. Compared to the Homes in Saturnia and Boca Isles it would be considered an undervalued community. The Shores at Boca Raton has a community pool, a state of the art fitness facility, a new $35,000 kids playground, and a kids club.
