With the incredible drop in stock market today, Boca Raton Real Estate will get a boost in activity it soarly needs. Interest rates will get significantly better as investors purchase more and more bonds. Palm Beach Homes for sale will see a lot more activity as well. Jeremy I will never forget you

A Letter to Jeremy Wainland 03/01/1973-07/06/2003 I will Never Forget You!!

There is not a minute that goes by that I don’t think about you. You were my friend, my advisor, my family, and sometimes even my psychologist. You really never know what you miss until it is gone. Gone from your phone calls, Gone from your dinners, Gone from your team, Gone from your family, Gone from your life. I look at myself and I can’t help but feel guilty. I feel like every time something good happens in my life it is at the expense of you, Jeremy. I always needed that nod from your face as approval. I yearn for that and ever since you have been gone it has not been the same. I miss you Jer. Time is supposed to heal all wounds or make me feel better over time. It has not. It has gotten worse. To think we have had many close calls including the time we went with Brad Burgess in that mustang when we were 15. It burnt to the ground and we made it out ok. I really never expected this as none of us did, but I cannot help but feel as if you are looking over me as so much good fortune has come to me after you passed. I know you had a hand in all of it. One day Jeremy, One day Jeremy. Happy Birthday Jer. Happy Birthday.

Palm Beach Homes

When looking for Homes in Palm Beach in addition to choosing the right Realtor to guide you, you may want to think of these 3 suggestions:

1: Make sure you look at the community not just the Home. A good realtor will show you the best communities in your price range. The mistake some people make is that they choose the best home, but not the best community.

2: In this market you do not want to pay too much for the Home you are purchasing. Everyone is very concerned about upgrades and move in condition, but the best deals are the homes that are not upgraded, and than maybe you can finance a little more and do you own upgrades and get the home at a great price with your own tastes in upgrades.

3: Palm Beach Homes are some of the most desireable homes in the country, so know you will be paying a little more than lets say St. Lucie County. Be educated and start your search online.

Use these suggestions and good luck in relocating to sunny South Florida. Make sure you look at both Boca Raton Real Estate and Palm Beach Homes

The Shores at Boca Raton

I am just wondering what the President of my HOA can and can't say. The President of The Shores at Boca Raton singled out parents with young children basically saying they should not allow their children to play in the streets as they could get hurt or killed. Parents should have their kids play in their backyards. I have snce wrote a scathing letter basically saying that it is not the parents or the children he should single out, but the speeders and the community. I personally want as many people on my streets of our community. Amazing. I like him to what Tim Hardaway as he said he hated gay people well our President should just say he hates children.

Tim Hardaway Is Under Heat

What was he thinking? Well I guess that is the point. He doesn't think. Whatever you feel about gay people you should not play this out in the media. Now yes Dan Lebatard has a way of luring you into that, but geez. He just lost a ton of money in endorsements. I am a Miami Heat fan and I am absolutely disgusted. Tim you were great with the Heat and you were one of my favorite players, but now I do not want you even associated with my team.

Boca Raton Real Estate

Boca Raton Real Estate is staying strong and although not nearly to the levels of the last few years it has not depreciated at the rate the surrounding cities may have. It is a great time to purchase now as their are some amazing deals out there for Boca Raton Real Estate. For instance last year there were no waterfront single family properties under a million. Now you can get a property with ocean access for around 700 or 800. Amazing, now is the time to buy Boca Raton Real Estate.

What Effect Will the Tornado's Have on South Florida Real Estate?

A terrible event happened today. This is the 2nd tornado in over a month to hit in Central Florida. All of this Insurance Reform may be for not. I hope that this latest storm does not hurt Florida's economy and especially the Palm Beach Real Estate Market and the Florida Real Estate Market. Maybe we will forget about it on Sunday with the Super Bowl.

South Florida Real Estate

Now that the Super Bowl is days away what has it going to do to the real estate market? I really do believe it is going to spearhead the South Florida real estate market as people from the blistering cold north to the beautiful sunny pleasant weather of South Florida. I have seen it already in Boca Raton Real Estate and in the community I live in The Shores at Boca. What do you think?

Super Bowl or Bust?

The Super Bowl is the biggest event in sports. Bigger than the World Cup, World Series, NBA Finals, and NHL Finals. I guess that must be why tickets cost so much. For the average family even if they were offered to them they can not afford it. Face values for 2007 Super Bowl are from $600 for the nosebleeds to $800. I also was offered a 50 Seat Sky Box to the Super Bowl that includes all you can eat and full bar. It only costs $475,000. Why would anyone go to this corporate event, the games are not typically close and are not good games? Prince is performing maybe thats why. I think not.
